In Good Company

There's a lot that happens before coffee reaches your cup; decisions made on farms, relationships built over years, roasting choices that shape everything about what ends up in your hands. Most of it goes untold, because the pace of everyday coffee consumption leaves no room for it. The Coffees Each roastery will be sharing a special Colombian coffee, chosen intentionally and being released for the first time at this event. Not just because of how they taste, but because of what they represent and also about how coffee can be grown, traded, roasted, and shared with care. The Format Small groups. Two brewers. A shared table. The brewing is part of the storytelling; you'll watch each coffee come to life while hearing the story behind it, from the producer through to the roast. You'll sit with two coffees and a fuller picture of what went into each one. Each coffee will also be available to take home as a bundle, with a discount offered to participants when purchased on the day. The Intention When we slow down, we become more observant. We start to notice things that would otherwise pass us by; in the cup, and in the story behind it. In Good Company is an opportunity to step away from the pace we usually consume coffee at, and spend time with it properly. Guests leave not just with a deeper appreciation for these two coffees, but with a wider perspective on the care and human decisions woven into every cup they'll drink after this.
