Flavor Notes: Features a distinct "Chablisesque" quality, highlighting citrus and melon flavors alongside a heavy presence of clean minerals. Winemaking: Crafted using a mix of Mt. Eden and Clone 95 Chardonnay vines. The wine was aged for 10 months in 35% new French oak.
