This is the annual Gypsophila which produces gorgeous airy sprays of white flowers in a similar way to it's perennial big sister, but with larger open florets. Also known as Babys Breath. A brilliant filler in the garden and bouquets. Easy to grow, benefits from a bit of support to avoid wayward stems and can be planted in succession for a season long harvest. If the flowers are wilting, give the stems a quick dip in boiling water for 5 seconds to perk back up.
