DARK DELICATE EARTHY Body: Light-ish Grapes: Pinot Noir Region: King Valley, VIC Vintage: 2023 Winemaker: Al & Sam Winemaking: Destemmed and soaked without crushing at 4 degrees for 4 days / left for natural ferment for 3 weeks, pressed just before dried / settled, racked and transferred to 90% old oak, 10 % new / left in oak for another 11 months before bottling ABV: 11% Volume: 750ml Serving Suggestion: Room temp 'Darker fruit profile as is usually the case from this vineyard with cherries dominating. These bright fruit notes working beautifully with layers of spice and earthy undertones. Very pretty and delicate but with more structure than the 22 which is a welcome addition.
