The Steamer Insert can be paired with the low casserole or wok with lid for steaming a healthy meal of vegetables, meat or fish. It can also be used as a handy standalone colander. Steaming is an incredibly healthy way to cook vegetables as it retains more nutrients and fish, and chicken are cooked without added fats.
