Engineered for high-volume apparel production, the MO-6814DD delivers clean 4-thread mock safety stitch seams (ISO 514) on knits, jersey, light to medium wovens, T-shirts, sportswear, and uniforms. Adjustable differential feed prevents stretching or puckering on stretch fabrics, while balanced looper/needle thread take-up keeps stitch quality uniform throughout long production runs. Standard equipment includes a needle cooler and needle thread heat remover for cleaner sewing on synthetic fabrics, plus automatic lubrication for low-maintenance operation.
