Handmade mulberry paper from Thailand with a mix of gampi paper. The beautiful long fibres give this paper shine and strength. In northern Thailand grows a special tree: the Mulberry tree. What makes it special is that the bark of the tree can easily be peeled off after the rainy season after which it immediately grows back. This feature was discovered hundreds of years ago by the Karen tribe living in the far north of Thailand.
