Pre-order your share of the new season, 2026 fresh fish before it's all gone! We only ship fresh (never frozen) portions the first two weeks of the season as a celebration of the Copper River season opener. FRESH salmon is not frozen, and will arrive at refrigerated temps. Order only what you can eat within 5 days. Fresh salmon is packaged in a special cryovac film that allows for proper air passage. If you would like to freeze it to enjoy later, we recommend purchasing our FROZEN sockeye salmon because it's vacuum sealed and packaged for premium quality in the freezer.
