Rhubarb mascarpone crumble cake

A 9” cake which is really delicious with tea & coffee or added to a brunch table, afternoon tea service or warmed through a little for pudding. This is such a great cake with a tender crumb, loads of fresh field rhubarb which is grown on the bakery’s doorstep, creamy pockets of mascarpone & a crumble topping. Serves 8-10 generous slices. Contains egg, dairy (milk), wheat (gluten), rhubarb. May contain traces of nut, sesame, soya, yeast, mustard, citrus.
