Mayhem Tee Formed in 1984 in Oslo, Norway, Mayhem are one of the founders of the Norwegian black metal scene. Their early career was highly controversial due to their live performances, their lead singer committing suicide (with the image being used for an album cover), and the murder of their guitarist. Nonetheless, their mark on the world of metal is timeless and their blueprint followed by many.
