Shiro Kesshō Speckled Mug

A softly layered glaze in soft beige tones gives this mug its quiet presence, with natural speckling and variation across the surface. The contrast between the smooth upper glaze and the darker base adds depth, while the gentle texture brings out the character of the clay. Variations in speckling, tone and pattern occur naturally during the firing process, resulting in each mug having its own unique character — no two pieces are exactly the same.
