Titanium Threaded Convex Flatback Post

Made from ASTM F136 implant grade titanium. The 4mm convex backing is gently domed rather than flat, which reduces pressure and friction against the skin. For piercings in tighter or curved placements, like the inside of a lip or the back of a conch or flat, that small difference adds up over months of daily wear and healing. A spare flat back post is one of those things worth having on hand. Piercings swell during healing and a longer post gives that swelling somewhere to go. Once things settle you can swap to a shorter length for a cleaner fit. Internally threaded and compatible with any of our separately sold screw fit tops, so you can mix and match without buying a whole new piece every time. Available in silver or PVD plated finishes.
