This new "Air" version adds D3O prtotection at the ankles, along with textile inserts in key areas for lighter weight and improved hot weather comfort. They use Full-grain oiled leather, Drytex waterproofing, and a durable Vibram adventure lug sole that provides excellent traction. The boots also come equipped with protective features like D30 ankle protection, steel shank, and an injection-molded shin plate to maximize safety on every ride. They are still very comfortable, waterproof, and extremely easy easy to walk in. Best of all, they have a nice, wide fit.
