Viognier with a touch of maceration, Colombard, Ugni Blanc & Bourboulenc. Remi ages the grapes separately for around 18 months and blends before bottling. After bottling, it was given time in bottle to settle before release. Brimming with fruit and minerals, this is a classic natural southern white. Will age wonderfully too.
