How to Use Fit the sheet securely over your mattress, ensuring the connection stud remains accessible at the edge. Attach the grounding cord to the sheet’s connection stud. Connect the other end of the cord to your chosen Earth connection, following the supplied instructions. Use with direct skin contact where possible for optimal use. Choosing the Correct Size Please choose the closest size for your mattress using the size options available. Some less common single bed sizes may not be available in this high-silver range. If you cannot find an exact match, you may wish to view our standard grounding sheet range instead. Due to the nature of silver, high-silver products may show some discolouration after long-term use and washing. This does not affect the functionality of the product. Wash every week or two. Machine wash with warm water at 40°C / 105°F. Use a suitable liquid laundry detergent. Line dry or tumble dry on low up to 65°C / 150°F. Can be ironed on low heat if required. Important Care Notes Do not use bleach, whitening detergents, oxi-detergents or dry cleaning. Do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets, as these can build up on the silver and reduce conductivity. Avoid detergents with strong chemical or essential oil fragrances. Avoid direct contact with lotions, oils and bleach, as these can tarnish the silver and affect conductivity. Wait at least one hour before using the sheet after applying oils or lotions to the skin. Will the silver discolour over time? Some discolouration may occur after long-term use and washing. This is normal for silver and does not affect product functionality. Can I use fabric softener? No. Fabric softener can build up on the silver fibres and may reduce the sheet’s conductive properties over time.
