Satan's Calling Card(Pack of 10) The devil has been here. How can we tell? He left his calling card—sin. Wherever sin flourishes, Satan’s influence is present. Scripture never portrays the devil as an abstract force or symbolic evil; he is a real adversary whose work leaves visible evidence in human lives and societies. Paul gives a clear diagnostic tool for recognizing that evidence. In Galatians 5:19–21, he lists seventeen sins that serve as unmistakable proof of Satan’s activity: Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
