Course Description: This course will review the articles of the Code of Ethics to satisfy the NAR code of ethics renewal requirement. COURSE OBJECTIVES 1. Identify key concepts to the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics 2. Contrast the Realtors Code of Ethics with general business ethics. 3. Enforcement of the Code of Ethics. 4. Identify possible violations related to the discussed articles. 5. Review the standard of the enforcement of the Code of Ethics, duty to arbitrate and importance of the cooperation between members.
