A large vintage English oak over‑mantle mirror, beautifully restored and finished in a soft, distressed limed‑oak wash that brings out the quiet romance of its carving and grain. The frame features floral carved panels and handsome barley‑twist columns, all supporting a gently reeded cornice — details that lend the piece a calm, understated elegance. The bevelled mirror plate is original, full of character, and in good condition.
