Éclat de Calcaire
This is what happens when great fruit meets total freedom. Mostly Meursault in origin, with touches of Chassagne and Pommard, it refuses to sit within the rules and lands as Vin de France. But in the glass, there’s no confusion. It’s all energy, generosity, and precision. A wine that smells electric and drinks even better. Part Chardonnay. Part Aligoté. All incredible.
