Bacon, Caramelized Onion & Goat Cheese Quiche

Shippable (Pune only) We have a new flavour in our Quiche line up! Given that we have access to some great quality artisanal miso cured bacon thanks to The Daily Cut, we decided to do a Quiche Lorraine, albeit with our own twist. Here we have a savoury, sweet & spicy sour cream custard filling studded with a generous layer of bacon bits, capers & jalapenos. We finish it off chunks of goat cheese. This deeply savoury combination works wonderfully with the sweetness of the caramelised onion in the custard base. Great on its own but easily works as a light meal with addition of a side salad.
