Thursdays with Shay ⋅ 5:45pm - 7:15pm ⋅ July 2 - July 25, 2026 1.5 hours per week for 4 weeks with a show on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at MPWR STUDIO in Port Coquitlam. Professional video footage included. This is for dancers looking to level up their heels training and are both mentally and physically ready to take the next step!
