That note is of course available by cross-fingering on any whistle, but the thumb hole puts it right under the hand cleanly and with good tone, which is a genuine practical advantage in keys and tunes that lean on it.The Blackwood body provides a clear articulate tone while maintaining structural durability, and the sterling silver hardware includes a tuning slide that allows pitch adjustment without compromising tone quality.
