Restoration of Tessa T4 couch and T21 swivel armchair ottoman

📋 Scope of Work: Tessa Suite Restoration ​1. T21 Tessa Armchair & Ottoman ​Timber Framework: Complete strip-back and sanding of the timber frame. In scope is a premium two-coat finish sequence: ​First Coat: We will apply a clear Satin oil-wax finish. ​Second Coat Decision: The frame will be left at one coat until you visit the workshop to inspect the completed T4 Couch upholstery. At that point, you can look at the timber in person and decide whether your second coat should be a matching natural clear layer, or if we should add a custom tint (such as an amber or honey tone) to enrich and even out the grain. ​Structural Support: Full replacement of the webbing and stripping across the entire chair base for renewed structural support. ​Upholstery: Complete upholstery of the chair, matching ottoman, and integrated arm wraps to original factory specifications similar to the Delmont back cushion. ​Material Selection: High-end leather to be finalized by the client. You will choose this leather in-store when you come to inspect the completed T4 Couch upholstery and make your T21 timber/tint decisions. This allows you to decide then whether to match both pieces or select a contrasting leather color specifically for the T21 suite. ​Logistics: Secure pickup and safe delivery of both items are fully included. ​2. T4 Tessa Couch ​Timber Framework: Currently Excluded from Scope. A decision on the framework will be made later when you visit the showroom to inspect the finished upholstery and review the T21 framework. If you choose to add a light timber restoration at that stage (to clean, blend surface scratches, and repair the chip in the Blackwood frame), it can be added to the project for an additional $250. ​Upholstery: Full rebuild and upholstery of the complete cushion set back to original factory specifications. ​Cushion Configuration: Includes the 3 rectangular cushions, the main bottom seating platform, and both matching upholstered paddle arms. ​Logistics: Secure pickup and safe delivery of both items are fully included. 🚫 Out of Scope Items T4 Couch Timber Restoration: Full timber restoration and light timber restoration are completely excluded from the current scope. However, re-gluing the small chipped corner piece of old timber is included in the scope. A final decision on whether to add a light timber restoration can be made later for an additional $250. Swivel & Frame Mechanisms: Any repairs to broken or rocking swivel mechanisms, metal adjustments, structural welding, or mechanical metalwork are out of scope. T4 Couch Back Netting: Any repairs, adjustments, or replacement of the support mesh/back netting on the T4 couch are out of scope. Payment terms refee to email detail.
