Varieties: Pinot Meunier Picked: 28th February 2025 Fermented: Two thirds destemmed and fermented with wild yeasts and one third allowed to go through carbonic maceration before pressing and fermenting naturally. All matured in old French oak for 6 months. Bottled: Without fining. Alc./Vol.: 12.2% Quantity: 300 cases.
