The Aromantiques 2025 Rosé pairs Clare Valley with Adelaide Hills fruit. It brims with Grenache hallmark aromas of rich raspberry, rhubarb and blackberry, bright limey citrus simmering underneath, a whisper of floral perfume skirting the edges. Racey raspberry fruit zips across the palate, balanced perfectly by bracing acidity to deliver great lightness, length and freshness to the palate. It's crafted for immediate enjoyment but may cellar well in cool environments for 1-3 years, out to 2028. Enjoy it chilled by itself on a hot day, or with light salads, or seafood such as prawn cocktails or calamari.
