USE: SKIN / BODY It is well-suited for creating custom oil blends, but must be used with caution. It can be mixed with a base oil—such as almond or jojoba—and applied over the heart. SHOWER / STEAM / SAUNA It is best not to use Rose absolute in the shower, steam room, or sauna, as it has a thicker consistency and is not an essential oil by nature. BATH Mix 4–6 drops with 10–20 ml of a neutral base oil in a separate container. Add to warm running water. DIFFUSER Rose absolute is rarely used in diffusers due to its thick consistency.
