A natural and expressive white wine from Beck-Hartweg, made from a biodynamic blend of Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, and Pinot Gris. The grapes are gently pressed, allowing for a slow and spontaneous fermentation. After fermenting naturally, the wine is aged for up to 10 months in neutral oak casks, preserving its purity and showcasing the character of the terroir. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added SO2, this wine is a true reflection of minimal intervention winemaking.
