Deck Identifiers: · Titles: Italian · Borders: single black line · Reverses: plaid pattern of diagonal lines · Paper: paste-board cardstock · Numbering: Roman numerals · Brand Marks: Two of Cups, 'F.F. Solesio Genova', Ace of Cups with dated Solesio stamp. · Tax-stamp: 'REGNO D'ITALIA, CENTESIMI 50,' "(t)hese stamps were in use in Italy from 1883 to 1914" (Enderbrock 2021). CONDITION: Good condition, incomplete, 74/78, with four replacement cards (Arcanum 3, 10, & 16, and the five of Swords); soiling, edgewear & surface scuffing from use, as well as broken corners, minor stains, and occasional patina (see photographs).
