The actual interior size of the mold is 36.5"x18.5" to allow for a final product of 36x18" after trimming and finishing. If you are looking for a slightly smaller mold we highly recommend cutting pieces of 1.5" thick HPDE plastic (or screwing two or three 3/4" pieces together) to create a spacer to create a void that resin will not fill in.
