The nose opens with vibrant aromas of ripe black cherry, blackberry and plum, layered with delicate notes of violet, cedar, sweet tobacco and Mediterranean herbs. Subtle hints of vanilla, dark chocolate and spice from oak ageing add depth and complexity. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced with silky, refined tannins and bright acidity that carries the wine effortlessly. Concentrated flavours of dark berries, liquorice and mocha unfold into a long, savoury finish with lingering mineral and balsamic notes, promising exceptional ageing potential.
