Allstar Speed and Power

September 15 - October 20 Boost your child’s athletic ability with this high energy 6-week class focused on building speed, power, and confidence. Each week introduces new skills paired with fun challenges and games. Kids will warm up as a group, learn the new skill of the week, rotate through workout stations, and finish with a fun game.
