Grown between 1,500 and 1,800 masl, this washed coffee is a blend of caturra, bourbon and catuai, varieties that have shaped Antigua’s classic cup profile for generations. The distinct wet and dry seasons in the region create ideal conditions for producing amazing coffees. This Guatemalan coffee has notes of brown sugar, cocoa, dried fruit, berry, and subtle citrus, supported by a sweet profile, medium body, and a clean finish. The washed process brings clarity to the cup while allowing the coffee's sweetness and fruit character to come through.
