V6 Ti Mono Edition Brakes

Limited to 1000 sets, the V6 Ti Mono Edition brake set offers incredible power and control with stunning looks based on the original Hope Mono brakes of the early 2000's. This new brake set has the amazing "feel" of the latest Evo lever, with a caliper and disc designed to work together for improved heat management. The overall brake system provides a level of power, heat management and control that will be appreciated by downhill and enduro racers. EVO Master Cylinder: The Master cylinder features a new cam mechanism to reduce free stroke while maintaining the feel and modulation, a key feature of the much-loved Tech 4. The piston assembly—features a secondary guide bush and sliding guide—ensures ultra-smooth operation throughout the full lever stroke. V6 Ti Caliper: One piece CNC machined caliper, designed with a high stiffness to weight ratio front of mind. The lightweight titanium pistons are Ti-Nitride coated, a low friction treatment used on the stanchions of MotoGP bikes. New radial mounting design removes the restriction of standard post mounts on brake caliper size. T-Slot Rotors: Two braking surfaces with cooling slots between improve heat dissipation, providing consistent braking even over the longest, fastest descents. A new T-Slot design mounts the rotor to the carrier, offering more "float" than the bobbins used on other floating disc designs, preventing rotor distortion under heavy loads. The rotor is replaceable without the need to replace the carrier.
