Fiido Air Carbon Fibre Electric Bike The Fiido Air is the rare electric bike that genuinely feels light. At only 13.75kg including its battery, it is dramatically easier to lift, carry, store and manoeuvre than a conventional e-bike, while still providing natural torque-sensing assistance, hydraulic braking and a clean Gates belt drive. Just 13.75kg – Light Enough to Live With Weight changes how practical an e-bike feels every day. The Air can be carried up steps, lifted onto many suitable cycle racks and guided through a hallway without the bulk normally associated with an electric bike. Switch the assistance off and its low weight and low-resistance motor help it ride much more like a conventional bicycle. A Full Carbon-Fibre Chassis The frame, rigid fork, handlebar, stem and aerodynamic seatpost all use carbon fibre to reduce weight while maintaining a clean, responsive feel. Fully integrated cables and the discreet internal battery give the Air an unusually uncluttered silhouette. Smooth, Natural Electric Assistance A quiet Mivice M070 250W rear-hub motor delivers 20Nm and works with the Mivice S200 torque sensor. Assistance responds progressively to pedalling pressure, so the bike feels intuitive rather than surging forward abruptly. Clean and Quiet Gates Belt Drive The single-speed Gates CDN carbon belt is silent, grease-free and resistant to rust. With no derailleur and no conventional chain to oil, the Air keeps maintenance simple and is particularly well suited to urban riding and flatter leisure routes. Maximum 38-Mile Tested Range Fiido recorded up to 37.5 miles in Normal mode and 32.3 miles in Sport mode during controlled testing. The compact 208.8Wh battery is hidden inside the frame, preserving both the bike's low weight and its minimalist appearance. Fingerprint Control and Connected Ride Data A fingerprint sensor powers the bike on and changes assistance modes, while its indicator shows an approximate battery level. The Fiido app and currently included Mate watch provide additional ride information without adding a bulky conventional display to the handlebar. Confident Urban Handling Hydraulic disc brakes provide controlled stopping, while 700 × 40C Kenda tyres balance efficient rolling with useful grip on roads, towpaths and light gravel. Integrated front and rear lights and IP54 weather protection support regular commuting and leisure use. Three Proper Frame Sizes The Air is available in M, L and XL rather than relying on one heavily adjusted frame. The official fit ranges cover riders from approximately 165cm to 205cm, making it easier to achieve the right riding position. Optional Range and Practicality Upgrades A Fiido range extender battery can be added separately when longer journeys are planned. Compatible mudguards, kickstand, phone holder, rear-view mirror and trailer are also available; lifestyle images may show optional equipment.
