25' Cabernet Sauvignon

Wine Cabernet Sauvignon picked in the cool of the evening, fermented on skins for 12 days before being basket pressed. Seasoned in 25% new French Oak barriques where it aged for 16 months. Hints of black currant, plum and cedar Wildflower Scarlet Banksia (Banksia coccinea). Loved by florists all over the country with its stunning plastic like red flowers that appear from winter into early summer. They are endemic to the south coast of WA.
