We use a precise blend of red wine and spirit vinegars alongside carefully selected spices to temper the natural bite of the red onion, resulting in a balanced, sweet finish. These onions are designed to cut through rich flavours and provide a sweet onion lift to everyday meals. They are highly versatile and work straight from the jar. Recommended pairings: Pile generously onto tacos, fajitas and pulled pork. Layer into burgers and grilled meat sandwiches. Toss through crisp leaf salads or grain-based poke bowls.
