Event Dress code: White / Beige / Brown / Black Guest Guidelines To ensure a comfortable and intentional experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you take note of the following guidelines before confirming your booking. Respectful Presence By attending, guests agree to engage respectfully with fellow participants, hosts, and the space. Harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests whose behaviour compromises the comfort or safety of others. Curated Experience The Slow Social is thoughtfully designed to encourage meaningful connection, though romantic matches or specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Privacy & Comfort We ask all guests to respect the privacy and comfort of others by not sharing personal information, conversations, or photographs without consent. Guest Interactions Any communication or interactions that continue outside of the event are solely between guests. The hosts are not responsible for personal arrangements or experiences beyond the event itself. Photography Event photography or video may take place for promotional purposes. Please inform the hosts upon arrival if you prefer not to be photographed. Dress Code Guests are encouraged to dress in smart casual attire in the colours white, beige, brown, or black, in harmony with the event. Bookings & Cancellations Due to the limited and curated nature of the experience, all confirmed bookings are non-refundable upon cancellation. Confirmed seats are non-transferable unless approved by the hosts. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your seat by arranging a replacement of the same gender. Kindly inform us of your replacement's details in advance so we can update our guest list accordingly. As each guest is thoughtfully paired within the experience, we kindly ask that you commit only if you're confident you'll be able to attend. If you are no longer able to make it after confirming your participation, please let us know at least 3 days before the event. This allows us sufficient time to arrange a replacement and helps ensure a balanced experience for all participants. Arrival Time To preserve the flow of the evening, guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before the event begins. As this is a guided and intentionally paced experience, late arrivals beyond 10 minutes after the start time will not be admitted, and the seat will be forfeited. Dietary Notes Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies. While care is taken, we are unable to guarantee an allergen-free environment.
