White chocolate is chocolate too! Like Eigen's other white chocolates, Dulce de Leche contains 38% cocoa butter, something you won’t find in store bought white chocolate. This rich and creamy white chocolate has strong caramel notes from caramelizing the milk powder and sugar they use for this bar. Like all Eigen Chocolates this bar is made with ethically traded cacao, sugar certified by the regenerative organic alliance, and compostable packaging. This chocolate was recently recognized by the International Chocolate Awards with a bronze award in the 2024 North American competition in the white chocolate category.
