Flower of Life Tea™ Breakfast Blend Organic is our classic blend of back teas from India, Sri Lanka and China. A lovely tea to start the day, our breakfast blend is full bodied and smooth, with a malty, bold flavor. Perfect for drinking alone or with a splash of milk of your choice. Origin: A blend of teas from China, India, & Sri Lanka Ingredients: Organic Assam TGFOP, Organic Ceylon OP, Organic Yunnan Black Brewing Suggestions: We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 195°F. Use 2.5g of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep for 4-6 minutes. 1 oz Flower of Life Tea™ Breakfast Blend Organic yields 11, 12 oz cups. May be infused more than once, add one minute to steep time, but reduce 1st steep by one minute. Add one minute steep time for each add'l infusion.
