Every box is a little different, because that's what nose-to-tail actually means. Here's what you'll find: 2–3 x premium steaks: T-bone, rump or Y-bone (lucky dip on the day) 1 x roast: topside, blade, rolled rib or silverside 1 x slow-cook cut: brisket, beef ribs or osso bucco 2kg mince and sausages, for the weeknights that need to be easy The odd bonus round: think tomahawk, diced or stir-fry strips Roughly 8–10 meals, no two boxes the same.
