WP35 Flow Kit Transform the OEM cartridge into a true race-ready suspension system. The Krooztune WP35 Flow Kit is a complete bolt-in damping upgrade for the OEM WP35 fork cartridge fitted to KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS 50cc and 65cc models. Rather than modifying or re-shimming standard components, the Flow Kit replaces the complete compression and mid-valve assemblies with fully developed Krooztune components, professionally assembled and ready to install. Every kit includes a new compression piston, race-developed shim stack and our billet compression base featuring an external compression clicker, allowing riders to fine tune compression damping—something the OEM fork simply doesn't offer. 50cc kits come with Travel extension to achieve 20mm more travel. This can only be done to bikes that are set to full height ( not lowered ) 20mm more suspension action! A Better Flow System The standard WP35 cartridge uses a fixed base bolt with no external compression adjustment, limiting oil flow through the compression circuit. The Krooztune Flow Kit replaces this with our purpose-designed billet compression base featuring an integrated compression adjuster. More importantly, the redesigned oil circuit introduces a controlled free-bleed system, allowing the fork to move much more freely over small bumps while maintaining excellent damping control throughout the stroke. The result is dramatically improved comfort, increased front-wheel traction and a much more compliant fork action without sacrificing support when the pace increases. Complete Mid-Valve Upgrade The Flow Kit also includes our complete bolt-in mid-valve assembly. The OEM mid-post is replaced with a fully assembled Krooztune mid-valve and rebound assembly, already shimmed using our proven race settings. This provides the correct balance of compression support and rebound damping specifically developed for modern 50cc and 65cc racing. Simply install the assembly, set your clickers and ride—no re-valving, no guesswork and no shim stack building required. Rider-Tuned Valving Options Every WP35 Flow Kit is supplied with our proven setup spec sheet, developed through extensive race testing on KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS 50cc and 65cc models. Three compression valving specifications are included, allowing the fork to be tailored to the rider's weight, ability and riding style. Comfort Spec – Maximum comfort and traction for lighter riders and developing racers. Race Spec – Our recommended all-round setting, providing the ideal balance of plushness, support and control. Pro Spec – Increased damping support for heavier, faster and more aggressive riders. The kit also includes two rebound tuning specifications, matched to the recommended spring rates, ensuring the fork remains balanced throughout the stroke. All optional tuning shims required to achieve these settings are supplied with the kit, allowing future changes without purchasing additional components.
