Cultivé dans l'état du Cauca dans le sud du pays, le décaféiné Colombie, Finca Chevere est produit et récolté par l'association Beneficio ASCAFE. Celui-ci aura une amertume équilibrée, finement acidulé avec une saveur sucrée issue de son processus de décaféination dit "à la canne à sucre". Ses notes aromatiques seront fruitées et cacaotées.
