Pét-nat · 6.0% ABV · Limited release Our first Fledgling release in two years, Fledgling No.6 is made from Discovery and Redlove apples. Made in very small quantities, this is one for the cider enthusiast. Tasting notes With aromas of strawberries and cream combined with cherries and red berries. The palate is juicy and thirst-quenching, balanced by bright gooseberry acidity. Fresh, vibrant and wonderfully refreshing. A note on pét-nat Unfiltered and bottle-conditioned — a small amount of sediment is natural and expected. Handle gently, chill well and open slowly.
