Come and immerse yourself in colour at this new exhibition featuring fenland landscapes and beautiful blooms! “Where Colour Grows” is a solo show of original paintings by award-winning artist Amy Wormald who is based in Ely. Drawing inspiration from the world around her home, Amy’s work captures the essence of the landscape in vibrant, colourful paintings. With a distinct painting style, she uses a combination of spray paint and acrylic to evoke a feeling of joy and exuberance. The Old Fire Engine Gallery is housed in a beautiful Georgian building just a stone’s throw from Ely Cathedral. The gallery showcases contemporary art across two floors welcoming visitors to explore the charming house and gardens. Free entry and ALL WELCOME. Please enter by the main restaurant reception and walk up the stairs to browse the gallery.
