How It Works After purchasing your Paslode Service & Repair, simply download and complete the Service Form available on this page below. Please include all requested details, including your contact information, return address, tool model, serial number, and a description of any faults you have experienced. Place the completed Service Form inside the parcel with your tool before sending it to us. Please only send the main body of your Paslode nail gun. Do not send the battery, charger, carry case, gas fuel cell, nails, or any other accessories, as these are not required for servicing and will not be returned. Before packaging your tool, we strongly recommend taking a clear photograph of the serial number - found on the body. This gives you a record of your tool should you need to contact us regarding your service. Package your tool securely using suitable protective packaging and send it to the ToolStoreDirect service address provided on the service form. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your peace of mind. Once we receive your tool, we will check your paperwork and send it to a Paslode authorised service centre, where it will be professionally serviced and repaired. After the work has been completed, the tool will be returned to ToolStoreDirect and dispatched back to the return address provided which would be the delivery adress provided on the order. Our standard turnaround time is within 7 working days from the date we receive your tool. If Paslode identifies any repairs outside the scope of the standard service, we will contact you before any additional work is carried out.
