FARM Organic fruit from Toolamba (Yorta Yorta Country). The last harvest before the vineyard was ripped out. GRAPES 50% Cabernet Sauvignon + Merlot, Grenache, Syrah. Wild fermented. Zero additions. Zero sulphur. Unfined. Unfiltered. 12% Alc/vol. FIELD Wild fermented in parts, on a hillside without power. Pressed into one lovely barrel. Aged for two years. Hand-bottled by gravity. TASTING Raisiny, red cordial, red snakes and raspberry lollies. Deep and rich yet incredibly bright and fresh at the same time. DRINKING NOTE Don't be misguided by the Cab; this has some mega acid!
