Rather than coming from a single origin, this coffee is curated to represent the best of the Colombian high commercial profile. Our sourcing team selects coffees from our existing network of producers based on quality, consistency, and seasonal availability, allowing us to maintain a reliable supply throughout the year. This approach enables us to highlight the diversity and richness of Colombian coffee while ensuring Palmera remains true to its clean, balanced, and approachable flavor profile. The Wax Palm was declared Colombia’s national tree in 1985. Native to the Andean region and thriving in the cloud forests of the Cocora Valley, it symbolizes resilience, spirituality, and the deep bond between nature and cultural heritage.
