Larkspur

The dense vegetation creates a soft, almost textile-like expression that makes the motif decorative without any single detail taking over.William Morris (1834–1896) sought to create everyday objects and interiors in which beauty and craftsmanship held a natural place. His nature-inspired wallpapers became an important part of the Arts and Crafts movement and helped transform attitudes toward decorative design in the late 19th century. Larkspur became popular during Morris's lifetime and was developed in several colourways.
