Idaho 7® is a bold, dual-purpose hop variety bred by Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, Idaho, loved for its juicy, tropical complexity. Bursting with notes of apricot, orange, red grapefruit, and stone fruit, it also carries layers of pine, resin, and black tea. High oil content makes it especially aromatic, shining in late additions and dry hopping. Ideal for IPAs, Pale Ales, and hop-forward lagers, Idaho 7® delivers a smooth yet pungent hop punch.
