The reverse bears the handwritten title Composition together with a date of circa 1960–62. Roy Adzak (born Royston Wright) was a British artist who worked in sculpture, photography, painting and printmaking. He settled in Paris in the early 1960s and developed an international career. His work is represented in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), New York, and Tate, London.
